Does CredoEXP have one fixed MOQ?
No. MOQ depends on the supplier, product, customization and packaging. We confirm it for each project and explain where a lower quantity changes the price.
Are prices final?
Catalogue prices are references. A final quotation depends on confirmed specifications, quantity, packing, Incoterms, shipping assumptions and supplier validity period.
Can I request samples?
Yes. We can coordinate existing samples, customized samples and approval records. Sample, tooling and courier costs are confirmed before proceeding.
Can CredoEXP support custom branding?
Yes. Depending on the product, this may include logo application, colour, material, size, packaging, inserts, labels and private-brand artwork.
How do quality checks work?
Checks are matched to project risk. The scope may include sample comparison, quantity, dimensions, appearance, packing, labels and agreed functional points. The inspection scope is confirmed in writing.
Are shipping, customs and taxes included?
Not automatically. Product, service, freight, customs and tax assumptions are stated separately in the quotation or pro forma invoice so you can see exactly what is included.
How do I pay?
Payment instructions are provided on the approved contract or pro forma invoice. Always verify the beneficiary name and bank details through an agreed communication channel before sending funds.
How long does sourcing take?
Initial supplier research may take a few business days. Samples, customization and production vary by product. We confirm the practical timeline once the specification is clear.
